Returns & Refunds Policy

At Serenity LED Lighting, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy applies to all orders placed through our website.
1. Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

All original packaging, accessories, and documentation are included

Product has not been installed, modified, or altered

Product is not damaged due to improper handling or installation
Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Installed or used lighting products

Custom-configured or special-order items

Clearance or discontinued products

Items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or electrical conditions

Products returned without authorization
3. Return Authorization Required (RMA)
To initiate a return, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused.
4. Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped in error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Serenity LED Lighting is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective:

Notify us within 5 business days of delivery

Provide photos of packaging and product

We will arrange replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may limit resolution options.
6. Inspection & Approval
All returned products are inspected upon receipt.
Serenity LED Lighting reserves the right to:

Approve or deny returns based on condition

Apply a restocking fee if necessary (see Section 7)
7. Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% to cover handling, inspection, and supplier charges.
Restocking fees are waived for:

Verified defective products

Shipment errors caused by Serenity LED Lighting
8. Refunds
Once a return is approved and processed:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after inspection

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
9. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
To obtain a different product, please place a new order after your return is approved.
10. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting us immediately.
If an order has already shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
11. Warranty Returns
Many products include manufacturer warranties.
Warranty claims may be handled directly with the manufacturer or through Serenity LED Lighting depending on the product.

12. Commercial-Use Disclaimer
Our products are designed for commercial and industrial applications.
Proper installation by a qualified professional is required.
Improper installation voids eligibility for return.
